REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Our business model is to train & develop extremely ambitious people who would like to run their own businesses, without the normal headaches of running a business.
The best managers / owners have big goals & lead by example. We are looking for individuals that have shown a level of positive consistent results in selling Proactiv products. Your aim is to build a remote sales team, either working over the phone or face to face.
We supply the products, the proven process to market/sell, training & exclusive areas. We even give you the financial support.
You will be managing the hundreds of accounts we have accumulated in your area, bringing in new business & recruiting/training a team of likeminded people.
Initially there will be an induction for successful applicants' then an extensive training course, which can be carried out whilst working in the role; typically taking two to four weeks.
You will be providing daily training, ongoing development & helping them achieve their goals.
